This Privacy Policy explains how Iryna Trigubova ("I", "me") collects and uses information when you visit www.trigubova.com (the "Site"). I respect your privacy and collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Who I am
The Site is a personal portfolio and catalog of Canva template collections created by Iryna Trigubova, an independent designer. For any privacy question, please use the form on the Contact page: https://www.trigubova.com/contact

2. Information I collect
• Information you give me. If you send a message through the Contact form, I receive your name, email address and your message. I use this only to reply to you.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site (hosted on Wix) automatically collects basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location (country/city), pages visited and the website that referred you. This is used in aggregated form to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
• Cookies. The Site uses cookies set by Wix that are necessary for the Site to work and for basic statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although some features may not.

3. How I use information
• to answer your messages;
• to understand which collections and articles are popular and improve the Site;
• to keep the Site secure and working properly.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Third-party services
• Wix.com — website hosting and statistics. Wix processes data on my behalf; see Wix's Privacy Policy: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
• Canva — template links on the Site open Canva's website. When you follow them, Canva's own privacy policy applies. Some links may be affiliate/partner links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
• Pinterest — I share my own designs and Site pages on my Pinterest account (@ClipArtRoom), including through the Pinterest API. I only publish my own content to my own account; I do not access, collect or store data of other Pinterest users.
• Social networks (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Creative Market, Spoonflower) — links and icons lead to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
• Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — used to see how the Site appears in search results (aggregated data only).

5. How long I keep data
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our correspondence. Statistics are kept in aggregated form by Wix according to its retention rules.

6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU/EEA or UK under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
